Rep. Belfanti speaks at a Capitol news conference on a resolution he introduced that urges the U.S. Congress not to renew fast-track trade negotiating authority for the president and to develop a new trade model that protects the regulatory authority of the states and focuses on fair trade that protects U.S. workers, businesses and farmers.

Rep. Belfanti, majority chairman of the House Labor Relations Committee, joins other House Democratic leaders and committee chairmen at the Capitol to introduce the House Democrats' legislative agenda for 2007-08.
