Rep. Biancucci speaks with a resident at the Feb. 22 “Stay Warm Beaver County” workshop at Penn State Beaver Campus. Biancucci and his fellow Beaver County lawmakers held the workshop to help residents learn about state programs and other ways to help manage the cost of their heating bills during the winter season.
