Bishop honors Rosa Parks
Rep. Bishop delivers her annual remarks on the House floor for Rosa Parks Remembrance Day. Each February, Rep. Bishop pays tribute to Rosa Parks for her involvement in the civil rights movement. Parks’ heroic stance against discrimination prompted the 381-day Montgomery Bus Boycott.
