Rep. Bizzarro joins Erie area officials during a tour of Parade Commons, a townhouse complex that opened recently near East 19th and Parade streets in Erie. More than $900,000 in federal tax credits were secured from the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency to help finance the project. Roughly two dozen tenants have already moved in.

It was a beautiful day to mark the opening of Parade Commons, a housing unit in the works since 2009. Rep. Bizzarro is joined by other state lawmakers from Erie and Bill Jeffress, executive director of the nearby Booker T. Washington Center, for the ribbon-cutting for the 36-unit complex.
