Gaming has generated enough revenue in the state’s Property
Tax Relief Fund, which means more than 3 million
Pennsylvania homeowners will share in nearly $613 million of
school property tax relief this summer. The amount will vary
by school district but in the 34th Legislative
District, all homeowners will see cuts that are
above the $169 average for the state! Below is a complete list of the estimated property tax relief payouts for school districts in your legislative district. East Allegheny School District - $236 Woodland Hills School District - $184 School districts will receive the slots money payouts below from the state, which will be used to adjust homeowners’ property tax bills. In future years, as the revenue from current and pending gaming sites continues to grow, homeowners will receive even deeper school property tax relief! |
