| School Property Tax Relief | |

With gaming revenue reaching the required threshold to kick
start property tax relief, homeowners and farm owners living
in the 77th Legislative District will soon see reductions in
their property taxes. School districts in our region will
soon receive the payouts, which will be used to adjust
homeowners’ property tax bills. In future years, as the
revenue from current and pending gaming sites continues to
grow, homeowners will receive even deeper school property
tax relief!
