Snaps of Service

Former U.S. Rep. Henry Bonilla, center, a member of the Bipartisan Policy Committee's Commission on Political Reform, took time to meet with the Bucks County contingent during a ceremony at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia. The ceremony marked my submission of the second-place photo in the committee’s Snaps of Service photo contest. I donated the $500 winnings to the Bucks County Chapter of Big Brothers Big Sisters. At left is photographer Alan Micklin, who took the prize-winning photo. Next to Rep. Bonilla is Ursula Raczak, CEO of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Bucks County. At right is Susan Maslow, first vice president of the chapter’s board of directors.
