Rep. Tony DeLuca calls on the House of Representatives to return to Harrisburg and finish work on several important pieces of legislation. The House had been scheduled to hold session voting days Nov. 8, 9, 10, 15 and 16 before the Nov. 30 end of session, but a decision was made to cancel them.
