 Rep. Tony DeLuca joined members of
the Pennsylvania Health Access Network at a news conference this week in the state Capitol Rotunda to urge the Senate to reject a plan that would eliminate the state's Tobacco Settlement Fund.
The proposed state budget by Gov. Tom Corbett would eliminate the Tobacco Settlement Fund as a dedicated source of health-care funding.
