My staff is available in our West End office daily from 8:30am-4:30pm with extended hours on Thursdays until 6:00pm to assist you with issues related to your state government. In addition, we are available to meet you by appointment in Avalon or Dormont. Just visit my West End office anytime or call us at 412-928-9514 to schedule an appointment at one of our satellite offices. In addition to assistance with state matters, my office offers a free limited notary public service for individuals. Please call if you have notary public needs.

Distracted driving in Pennsylvania -- Put it Down!
Thirty-five states have banned texting while driving. I am pleased that Pennsylvania joined that list on November 9, 2011. However, there is still much more to do. I will continue to advocate for a handheld cell phone ban through my legislation,
House Bill 580.
