Email alert: Last chance to opt in to stay informed
Starting Friday, Feb. 26, I will be unable to send you these email updates until April 27 UNLESS you have specifically opted in to keep receiving them.
A House rule limits communication 60 days before an election, which means I am prohibited from sending you emails after Feb. 25 until April 27 unless you agree to receive them.
To keep receiving updates about the pending state budget and events such as the document-shredding event I’m sponsoring from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, April 23, at Crafton Park, please click here to opt in if you haven't done so already.
Online voter registration and changes available
Pennsylvania has now accepted more than 100,000 new and updated voter registrations online. March 28 is the deadline to register or make changes such as name, address or party to your registration before the primary election on April 26.
You can access online voter registration here.
Once you submit your online registration application, you will receive an application number. If you provided an email address, this application number will also be emailed to you. This number will allow you to track the application status through the “Find Voter Application Status” application.
The county voter registration office will mail your voter registration card to your residence. Please contact the county voter registration office to check on the status of your application if you do not receive your voter registration card within 14 days.
