Abandoned and blighted property has an effect on the quality of life in our community. It affects the way we see ourselves and how others see us as a place to live, work and play. I have made the rehabilitation, re-use or elimination of such properties a priority and from time to time I will post information that I believe you will find useful. As a member of the House Urban Affairs Committee and the City of Pittsburgh's Land Recycling Task Force, I am committed to helping communities see positive results as they fight to take back their communities.
