At a recent public hearing in Harrisburg, Chairman Donatucci and members of the House Liquor Control Committee consider legislation that would provide for the shipping of wine to consumers.

Reps. Donatucci and Ronald Waters are congratulated by Gov. Ed Rendell after the governor signed legislation into law that increases the Commonwealth's ability to control nuisance bars and stop shops that allow beer distributors to be open on Sundays. Donatucci, Democratic chairman of the House Liquor Control Committee, was instrumental in bringing about the compromise essential to the bill's enactment. Waters had alerted the committee to his district's persistent problems with a number of nuisance bars and sandwich shops.
