Do you know a young lady who could use $3,000 for college?

Applications are being accepted for the National Foundation of Women Legislators and National Rifle Association's 12th annual Bill of Rights Essay Contest. Seven female high school juniors and seniors will be awarded a $3,000 college scholarship.
