At a Holocaust Civic Commemoration ceremony at the state Capitol, Rep. Babette Josephs reads H.R. 677 that names May 2 to May 9 as “Days of Remembrance of the Victims of the Holocaust.” The resolution was unanimously adopted by the House.

Rep. Babette Josephs attends a Capitol rally to oppose legislation that would ban same-sex marriage and civil unions. At the rally, she said the legislation was discriminatory and that the public is more concerned with issues such as jobs, health care and education.
