Krueger-Braneky to host free shredding event Oct. 20
FOLSOM, Oct. 11 – State Rep. Leanne Krueger-Braneky will host a free shredding event from 9 a.m. to noon Oct. 20 at Northley Middle School.
Residents of the 161st Legislative District can bring documents that contain personal or confidential information to be shredded for free on-site.
“Privacy can be a concern when trying to dispose of sensitive materials that might contain information like credit card or bank account numbers,” said Krueger-Braneky, D-Delaware. “This shredding event offers the opportunity to get rid of those old papers safely and in an environmentally friendly way.”
The shred event will take place in the parking lot at Northley Middle School, 2801 Concord Road in Aston. Those attending should enter from Concord Road.
No electronics will be accepted.
