Krueger-Braneky to host Expungement Clinic Oct. 18

FOLSOM, Sept. 28 – State Rep. Leanne Krueger-Braneky will host an Expungement Clinic from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 18.

At the event, attorneys will be available to provide information, including a summary of an individual’s Pennsylvania criminal case history, and discuss options that might be available for clearing the record. In some cases, attorneys might be able to file paperwork for record expungement. If expungement is not an option, additional resources will be offered.

“The process of trying to have a criminal record expunged can be complex and daunting, so I’m happy to be able to bring together experts who can help make it easier,” said Krueger-Braneky, D- Delaware. “This event can be helpful for individuals who have paid their debt to society and are trying to move forward.”

Reservations are required for anyone who wants to participate in the clinic. Those interested should call Krueger-Braneky’s office at 610-534-6880 for full details.
