The environmental group PennEnvironment recognizes Rep. Leach for receiving a perfect score on its environment report card. Leach was among a small group of lawmakers in southeastern Pennsylvania to be recognized for consistently voting to protect the environment.

Daylin Leach, a tennis player, spoke at the Arthur Ashe Youth Tennis and Education Awards Ceremony in Ardmore, as co-directors of the local tennis program Sharon Bryant and David Broida distributed 25 certificates and awards to the young players.
