Daley teams up with APPRISE for Medicare counseling

CONSHOHOCKEN, Oct. 20 – State Rep. Mary Jo Daley, D-Montgomery, will co-sponsor two meetings at her district office for constituents to receive beneficial information about Medicare and other health insurance options.

The meetings will be held from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 26 and Wednesday, Nov. 16 at 815 Fayette St.

Daley said a state-trained APPRISE counselor will be present to discuss Medicare enrollment, Part A through Part D, prescription plans, Medicare Advantage Plans and other health insurance options.

“With the open enrollment for Medicare running now through Dec. 7, I encourage my constituents to take advantage of this free meeting and get valuable information to help them understand their Medicare and other health benefits,” Daley said. “The APPRISE counselor will assist attendees in making sound decisions about what is best for them when it comes to health care.”

Daley said space is limited and constituents who are interested in attending should contact her office at 610-832-1679.
