Rep. Matt Smith, D-Allegheny, is currently seeking energetic and enthusiastic students for a hands-on internship to help serve the 42nd Legislative District.

The internship will introduce students to the broad range of government issues at the state level and the variety of issues handled by district office staff. Interns will experience aspects of the daily functions of the office, including constituent service, clerical work, community and legislator sponsored events, and community outreach. The intern will also have opportunities to assist with constituent service requests and research legislative and policy issues affecting the district.
