Rep. Harhai proudly accepts a flag from U.S. Army Staff Sergeant Patrick Egros Jr. of Rostraver Township. The flag was one of four that Harhai provided to units that were departing for service in Afghanistan. Sgt. Egros also presented Harhai with a certificate that states this Stars and Stripes flew over Forward Observation Base Chapman in Khost , Afghanistan at a time of hostile fire. Harhai said the flag and certificate will be framed and mounted in a prominent place in his Monessen District Office.
