Rep. Harhai presents a legislative citation to Belle Vernon student Jenna Christner for being selected a Pennsylvania state winner in the junior group documentary category of the 2010 National History Day. Christner won for her documentary on the village of Penn-Craft, a Depression-era, self-help community in Luzerne Township, Fayette County. National History Day is an internationally recognized program of academic excellence that engages students in a positive learning environment and enhances student achievement.
