Rep. Petrarca joins Gov. Corbett as he signs House Bill 148 into law. Rep. Petrarca amended the bill to provide for a Dry Municipality Exception, which would permit the transfer or renewal of a license located in a dry municipality in a township of the 2nd class within a county of the 3rd class that has been renewed by the PLCB for over 50 years.
