Rep. Goodman and Rep. Keith Gillespie join Gov. Tom Corbett as he signs a bill that will end the requirement for hunters to display their hunting license on an outer garment. Goodman has championed the legislation since he took office in 2003, and Gillespie, R-York, was prime sponsor of the bill this year.
