Marcellus Compact will Fix Flawed Shale Law

House Democrats have launched an effort to fix Gov. Tom Corbett’s industry-friendly Marcellus Shale law (Act 13).

The Marcellus Compact offers a six-point plan that puts Pennsylvanians first, not the multi-billion-dollar oil and gas industry.
