Rep. Mundy presents Girl Scout Katelyn Confer with a House of Representatives citation. Confer, of Troop 2654 in Dallas, recently received the Girl Scout Gold Award, which is the highest honor a scout can receive in the organization.

Rep. Mundy presents a citation from the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to Russell C. Bregman, who attained the rank of Eagle Scout as a member of Troop 154 in Kingston.

Rep. Mundy receives Citation of Distinction from the Wyoming Valley Interfaith Council for exemplifying the high ideals of human dignity and compassion as an outstanding volunteer in the community.
