Rep Mundy speaks at a news conference to announce her legislation to create tax fairness for Pennsylvania-based companies and help ease the state's budget problems. H.B. 1396 would close the Delaware Loophole, which allows multi-state corporations to avoid paying Pennsylvania corporate net income taxes. The bill also would lower the corporate tax rate from 9.99 percent to 7.4 percent over three years.
