To Gov Ed Rendell:
Greenhouse gases and global warming are very real threats to our
environment.
We, the undersigned, urge you to follow the lead of our neighboring
states
by signing the Memorandum of Understanding. Please allow
Pennsylvania to
join the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative and take the first step
toward
protecting the environment in which we live.
