Deasy opens new Dormont satellite office
HARRISBURG, Aug. 14 – State Rep. Daniel Deasy will soon be making himself even more accessible to his constituents with the addition of a second satellite office in Dormont's municipal building at 1444 Hillsdale Ave.
Beginning Sept. 2, the Dormont location will be open from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays. Notary service will be available by appointment. Constituents may contact the new office in Dormont by dialing (412) 561-8900.
"This new office will make it even easier for all my constituents to access the important state-related information and services that my other two offices currently offer," Deasy said.
The Dormont office is in addition to Deasy's two other office locations: in Avalon and his main office in Pittsburgh.
Office hours at the Avalon Municipal Building at 640 California Ave. are from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays; the phone number is (412) 761-5820.
Deasy's main office in Pittsburgh, located at 436 S. Main St., hosts more extensive office hours, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mondays through Fridays, with extended hours until 6 p.m. Thursdays. It can be reached at (412) 928-9514.
"My staff and I can help you with a wide variety of services, such as PennDOT paperwork, PACE and PACENET and the Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program, just to name a few," Deasy said.
Residents who want more information on Deasy's other office locations, or who have concerns regarding state-related matters, can contact Deasy though his Web site at www.pahouse.com/deasy.
