Deasy to host 'Older and Wiser' seminars

PITTSBURGH, Aug. 25 – State Rep. Dan Deasy, D-Allegheny, is hosting some free seminars for older residents to learn more about estate and life-planning issues.

The seminars will be on power of attorney, wills, living wills and living trusts. Each of the two seminars will be held in four different areas of the 27th District.

"Many older Pennsylvanians may not be familiar with the various laws, processes and proper actions surrounding the power of attorney and when to draft a will or living will," Deasy said. "These seminars will provide information on these sensitive, but important issues."
