House Insurance Committee to hold hearing on oncology parity bill
HARRISBURG, March 12 – State Rep. Tony DeLuca, D-Allegheny, chairman of the House Insurance Committee, has announced that he will hold a hearing on oncology insurance coverage beginning at 10 a.m. Thursday, March 18 at the Hershey Medical Center, Media Center Room T-2500, 600 Centerview Drive, Hershey.
The hearing is on legislation (H.B. 1865) introduced by state Rep. Frank Burns, D-Cambria/Somerset.
