Smith congratulates Scott Township's Officer of the Year
HARRISBURG, June 1 – State Rep. Matt Smith, D-Allegheny, recently presented a House of Representatives citation to Scott Township Police Officer Shawn Arlet.
Arlet, who has served as a police officer in Scott Township since 2005, was selected as Scott Township's Officer of the Year by members of the police department.
Smith said the citation was awarded in recognition of Arlet's outstanding public service and to commemorate his accomplishment this year.
