Bradford's office offers free notary services
HARRISBURG, Jan. 11 – With the new year having arrived, state Rep. Matt Bradford, D-Montgomery, is reminding residents that his constituent service offices offer free notary services to residents of the 70th Legislative District.
As public officials who are appointed and commissioned by the Secretary of the Commonwealth, notaries public in Pennsylvania can administer oaths and affirmations, certify copies and take depositions, affidavits, verifications, upon oath or affirmation and acknowledgments.
The free notary service is available at both of Bradford's office locations at 2000 Bustard Road, Suite 6 (at the intersection of Bustard Road and Skippack Pike), Worcester, and 1846 Markley St., Norristown.
Bradford said he recommends that residents call ahead to confirm that the notary is available to assist them. The Worcester office number is 610-222-3490. The number for the Norristown office is 610- 270-1150.
His offices also provide other state-related services including help with PennDOT paperwork, PACE and PACENET prescription-drug cards for seniors, the Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program and information on the Children's Health Insurance Program.
