House Agriculture, Gaming Oversight committees to hold hearing on gaming law

 

HARRISBURG, Sept. 26 – State Rep. Mike Hanna, D-Clinton/Centre, announced that the House Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee and the House Gaming Oversight Committee will hold a joint public hearing on the state's Race Horse Development and Gaming Act (Act 71) of 2004.

 

The hearing will take place at 10 a.m. Monday, Sept. 29, in Room 140 of the Main Capitol.

 

Topics to be covered include racehorse development, backside development, purses and stable construction.
