Seip presenting grants today, Friday

 

POTTSVILLE, Aug. 27 – This week, state Rep. Tim Seip will present two state grants he has secured for local projects.

 

At 7 p.m. today (Wednesday, Aug. 27) at Pine Grove Area High School, Seip will present a grant he obtained to renovate the press box at the high school’s football stadium.

 

At noon Friday, Aug. 29, at the Kernsville Dam parking area, Seip will present a grant he has secured for Blue Mountain Wildlife Inc. The group works to maintain and improve the Kernsville Dam area in Berks and Schuylkill counties. In the event of inclement weather, the presentation will be held at Seip's office in Tilden Township, located at 874 Hex Highway near Hamburg.

 

Those expected to join Seip for Friday's presentation include Pat Adams and Barry Shollenberger of Blue Mountain Wildlife and Tilden Township Supervisor Judy Romig.
