Monroe, Pike County legislators

recognizing Vietnam veterans on Memorial Day

 

HARRISBURG, May 22 – State Rep. Mike Carroll, D-Luzerne/Monroe, said state House members from Monroe and Pike counties will hold a ceremony to recognize Vietnam War-era veterans.

 

Carroll and Reps. Mario Scavello, R-Monroe; Mike Peifer, R-Monroe/Pike/Wayne; and John Siptroth, D-Monroe/Pike, will host the ceremony, which will take place at 2:30 p.m. Monday, May 26 in the auditorium of Pocono Mountain East High School, Pocono Mountain School Road in Swiftwater.
