Carroll, Siptroth to host third annual senior fair
GILBERT, July 7 – State Reps. Mike Carroll, D-Luzerne/Monroe, and John Siptroth, D-Monroe, will host their third annual senior fair in August.
The fair will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 1, at the West End Fairgrounds on Fairgrounds Road in Gilbert.
The fair will provide local seniors an opportunity to meet with their state representative and to receive information on valuable state programs like the Property Tax/Rent Rebate Program and PACE/PACENET prescription-drug assistance programs. The state Transportation Department’s PennMobile also will be present to offer state driver and vehicle services.
Admission to the event is free.
