Melio to honor Korean War veterans   

LEVITTOWN, July 21 – State Rep. Tony Melio, D-Bucks, is asking veterans of the Korean War living in the 141st Legislative District to contact his office so they can be acknowledged for their service to the country in an upcoming ceremony.  
 
"It is my privilege and honor to recognize the Korean War veterans in our area and have this opportunity to thank them for their service," Melio said. "I ask that all veterans of this war from the 141st District contact my office and participate in this event."
 
Melio said each veteran will be presented with a pin and certificate to acknowledge his service to the country. 
 
Korean War veterans who wish to participate in the ceremony, or local residents who know of Korean War veterans who may want to participate, should contact Anne Titus at 215-943-8669.
