Gerber launching satellite hours for constituent services
CONSHOHOCKEN, Sept. 24 – Rep. Mike Gerber, D-Montgomery, announced that he will offer satellite office hours every month in each of the townships and boroughs within the 148th Legislative District beginning Oct. 1.
The satellite locations will provide the same services as his Conshohocken office in several locations throughout the district. Gerber said monthly satellite hours offer increased convenience without the added costs of operating additional full-time offices throughout the district.
Starting Thursday, Oct. 1, Gerber will hold satellite hours from 10 a.m. to noon one day each month at the following locations, times and days:
Upper Dublin Township Building:
10 a.m. to noon, first Tuesday of each month
801 Loch Alsh Ave., Fort Washington, Pa. 19034
Narberth Borough Hall:
10 a.m. to noon, first Thursday of each month
100 Conway Ave., Narberth, Pa. 19072
Spring Mill Presbyterian Village:
10 a.m. to noon, second Tuesday of each month
2002 Joshua Rd., Lafayette Hill, Pa. 19444
Sunrise of Blue Bell:
10 a.m. to noon, third Thursday of each month
795 Penllyn Pike, Blue Bell, Pa. 19422
Residents can obtain help at any of these locations with usual state-related services such as the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), the Property Tax Rent/Rebate program, and issues with PennDOT. PennDOT services include assistance with obtaining disability parking placards, license plates, vehicle registrations, special fund plates, duplicate titles and driver’s license applications.
More information regarding the satellite office hours or any state-related matter is available by contacting Gerber's office at 610-832-1679 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
