Lentz encourages residents to attend local Memorial Day ceremonies

SWARTHMORE, May 21 – State Rep. Bryan R. Lentz, D-Delaware, is encouraging residents to join him at the following events on Monday, May 25 in observance of Memorial Day:

• the Brookhaven Borough Memorial Day Parade, starting at 8 a.m. at 2 Cambridge Road in Brookhaven; 
• the Radnor Township Memorial Day Parade, starting at 9:45 a.m. at the intersection of Lancaster Avenue and South Wayne Avenue in Wayne; and
• the Korean War Memorial Ceremony, starting at 11 a.m. on Penn's Landing in Philadelphia.

Lentz is scheduled to make remarks at the Korean War Memorial Ceremony.  At that event, there will also be dedication of an Iraq-Afghanistan Commemorative Memorial.
