Parker to host 50th Ward town hall meeting
PHILADELPHIA, March 17 – State Rep. Cherelle Parker, along with Ward Leaders Marian Tasco and Howard Walker, will host a 50th Ward town hall meeting from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. March 25 at St. Peter’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 2169 74th Ave. in Philadelphia.
"I look forward to answering residents’ questions and hearing their concerns regarding what they consider to be quality-of-life issues in our neighborhoods," Parker said. "These meetings are held throughout the 200th Legislative District to give people the opportunity to gain valuable information about various services provided by state, local and federal government agencies and other public entities."
Parker added that attendees also can learn about the variety of services provided by her constituent service office including assistance with PennDOT, unemployment compensation, CHIP and many other services.
