Cohen sponsors Energy Saving Clinics

HARRISBURG, Feb. 9 – State Rep. Mark B. Cohen is sponsoring two free Energy Saving Clinics to help residents learn how they can take simple steps to save money off their energy bills.

Cohen said an instructor from the Energy Coordinating Agency will be teaching the class and weatherization supplies will be available for attendees.

"During the tough economic times that many people are experiencing, I thought it would be helpful to provide a venue for people to learn about potential opportunities to save money on their energy bills. I encourage everyone to stop by one of these clinics to hear the important information that will be offered by the Energy Coordinating Agency," said Cohen, D-Phila.

The approximately one-hour class is scheduled at 7 p.m. Feb. 16 at the Northeast Regional Library at 2228 Cottman Ave. and at 7 p.m. Feb. 18 at St. Paul’s Evangelical Church, 5900 N. 5^th St.
