Donate School Uniforms

There are many families in our area who simply cannot afford to buy brand new school uniforms. To help alleviate some of the financial pressure that parents and caregivers will encounter when purchasing school uniforms for the upcoming 2008-09 school year, I am encouraging citizens to donate outgrown school uniforms that are clean and in good condition. I hope that anyone who has the ability to donate a school uniform will take this opportunity to help their fellow Philadelphians.

Uniforms can be dropped off at the following locations from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday at the following locations, based on the school’s uniform criteria:

Parker's constituent service office
1536 Wadsworth Ave.
Any uniform in good condition

Emlen C. Eleanor Middle School

Grades K-3:
Top: yellow shirt with collar
Bottom: dark blue pants
Grades 4-6:
Top: light blue shirt with collar
Bottom: dark blue pants

Franklin S. Edmonds Elementary

Bottom: dark blue and black
