Pashinski sworn in for seventh term in House
HARRISBURG, Jan. 1 – State Rep. Eddie Day Pashinski, D-Luzerne, today was sworn in to represent the 121st Legislative District for his seventh term in the state House.
“It’s a tremendous honor and a privilege to be able to represent the residents of the 121st Legislative District and it’s a responsibility that I don’t take lightly,” Pashinski said. “I look forward to fighting for the things my neighbors want, like a fairer tax structure, jobs that pay a livable wage, appropriate funding for public education, help for grandparents raising grandchildren and protections for the health care we all value so much.”
Pashinski served as the chairman of the House Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee during the 2017-18 legislative session.
The Pennsylvania House of Representatives swearing-in ceremony corresponds with the first Tuesday in January, every two years. This year is Pennsylvania’s 203rd legislative session.
