State Representatives Stephen Kinsey, Isabella Fitzgerald and Chris Rabb are hosting a House Democratic Policy Committee to discuss issues people with disabilities face.
The hearing will be held at SpArc Philadelphia, 2350 West Westmoreland Street, Philadelphia, PA 19140.
