State Rep. Dom Costa will host a House Democratic Policy Committee hearing on House Bill 1197, Animal Fighting.
The hearing will be held at 3p.m. Wednesday, March 28 at the Ross Municipal Building, 1000 Ross Municipal Dr., Pittsburgh, PA 15237.
