State Rep. Morgan Cephas will host a House Democratic Policy Committee hearing to discuss House Bill 2210 (expungement of student disciplinary records for nonviolent offenses).
The hearing will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 25 at the Overbrook Park Library, 7422 Haverford Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19151.
