The Pennsylvania Legislative Black Caucus and House Democratic Policy Committee are hosting a joint public hearing on Clean Slate efforts.
The hearing will be held at 12 p.m. Thursday, May 2, at the Community Empowerment Association, 7120 Kelly St., Pittsburgh.
