State Rep. Bryan Barbin will host a House Democratic Policy Committee Forum on Groundbreaking Traumatic Brain Scan Technology. Barbin’s House Bill 1784 would provide additional funds to allow more veterans to access this new technology.
The forum will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 12 at The University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown, John P. Murtha Center for Public Service and National Competitiveness, 450 Schoolhouse Road, Johnstown, PA 15904.
