The House Professional Licensure Committee will be conducting a voting meeting on Wednesday, February 15, 2012 in Room 205 of the Ryan Office Building. The committee will consider the following:

House Bill 1832 (Sonney) – amend the Medical Practice Act to expand the scope of practice for physician assistant.

House Bill 1833 (Sonney) - amend the Osteopathic Medical Practice Act to expand the scope of practice for the physician assistant.

Proposed Regulation 16A-4711 of the State Registration Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors and Geologists pertaining to qualifications for licensure.

The House Professional Licensure Committee will be conducting a public hearing on Wednesday, March 28, at 9:30 a.m. in Room 205 of the Ryan Office Building. The committee will discuss the following:

House Bill 817 (Grove) - Amending the Pharmacy Act regarding the administering of injectable medications.
