The House Professional Licensure Committee will be conducting a committee meeting on Wednesday April 24, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. in Room 39 East Wing. The following will be considered:

Final Regulation 16A-677 of the State Board of Occupational Therapy - complete 24 contact hours in acceptable continued competency activities as a condition of license renewal

Final Regulation 16A-678 of the State Board of Occupational Therapy - CRNP and PSA to the list of authorized referring health care providers

Final Regulation 16A-5423 of the State Board of Pharmacy – implementing the Cancer Drug Repository Program

Proposed Regulation 16A-649 of the State Board of Auctioneer Examiners – renewal fees

Proposed Regulation 16A-6920 of the State Board of Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists and Professional Counselors – renewal fees
