Rep. Sean Ramaley argues on the House Floor for adoption of a resolution he introduced calling on the president and Congress to reject a decision by the Pentagon to award a multi-billion dollar military aircraft contract to a foreign concern. The resolution, which the state House passed unanimously, also urges Congress to investigate the Pentagon’s decision.
