Rep. Adam Ravenstahl's Biography

Adam Ravenstahl was elected to the House in 2010. His legislative interests include education, public safety and campaign transparency.

The son of Robert and Cynthia Ravenstahl, he was born and raised in Pittsburgh. He and his wife Alisha live in the city. He has two brothers, Luke and Brad.

Adam graduated from North Catholic High School in 2003. He graduated magna cum laude from Robert Morris University in 2007 with a degree in business management. After graduation, he worked as a business analyst at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center's Finance Department.

Adam comes from a long line of public servants. His grandfather, Robert Ravenstahl Sr., once represented the same legislative district.
